HI i am trying to access to Sharepoint list through SSRS i tried two ways of using Web service and also selecting Sharepoint List datasource In both ways, i can able to retreive records that exist in first page (If my paging is set to 30 for Sharepoint list, i am able to see only 30 records in the dataset) . Hello Vinnu, From your description, do you mean that you want to display 30 records each page for the report? If so, please refer to: In some reports, you may want to place a page break at the end of a specified number of rows instead of, or in addition to, on groups or report items. To do this, create a group that contains the groups or detail records you want, add a page break to the group, and then add a group expression to group by a specified number of rows. The following expression, when placed in the group expression, assigns a number to each set of 25 rows.
